    Four checks

What the desk confirms before a record goes live.

    01Identity

The seller is checked privately. Their contact details stay protected until an enquiry is accepted.

    02Ownership

Repository history, registrar records or original files support the claim.

    03Condition

What works, what depends on a provider and what is missing stay visible to the buyer.

    04Route

Every record states how it transfers, how long it takes and the support window.

    Questions

    Is Mayank the seller?

No. Mayank curates records and introduces owners to buyers. Unless a record says otherwise, Mayank is not the buyer, seller, escrow provider or legal adviser.

    Does review guarantee an asset?

Review improves clarity but is not a guarantee of ownership, value or transferability. Each party does its own diligence.

Can I list social pages or ad accounts?

Only when the provider permits a documented transfer. Any uncertainty is stated on the record.

    Who sees my contact details?

Only the review desk. They are shared only after an enquiry is accepted.

    Are the current listings real?

Not yet. Edition 01 records are samples. Enquiries and listings you submit do reach the review desk.

    What happens after I list?

It enters private review. Nothing is published automatically, and the desk contacts you if anything needs clarifying.
